His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum, from conducting research and data analysis using POWER BI, SPSS, STATA, NVIVO, and EPI INFO to architecting robust M&E frameworks, crafting data-powered solutions, and advocating for evidence-based policies. Proficient in data collection tools such as RedCap, ODK, Kobo, and more, Barret blends digital proficiency with relational databases, ensuring actionable insights.
